Dentsu India appoints Devang Shah and Hemant Kshirsagar

Shah moves from Gabriel & Co., whereas Kshirsagar's last full-time stint was at Bain & Company.

Dentsu India has announced strategic appointments to bolster its Customer Experience (CXM) practice, reinforcing its commitment to accelerating growth for clients with innovative, integrated solutions.

Devang Shah joins as chief business officer, consumer, industrials and commerce, while Hemant Kshirsagar takes on the role of chief business officer, financial services and fintech.

Shah moves from Gabriel & Co., where he was vice president of digital marketing and commerce. 

As for Kshirsagar his last full-time stint was with Bain & Company, where he was senior manager - FS and fintech consulting. 

In their new roles, Shah will lead the non-BFSI segment, focusing on client relationships and overall growth. He will also expand the network’s presence in the luxury and precious jewellery sectors.

Bringing decades of expertise, Shah and Kshirsagar will play key roles in expanding CXM capabilities and enhancing delivery excellence. They will collaborate across the network to deliver integrated solutions that tackle complex business challenges and drive measurable results through marketing, technology, and consulting.

Shah has over 18 years of experience and has worked with KPMG India and Nokia, among others. Whereas, Kshirsagar, with 17 years of experience, has also worked with EY and PwC India, to name a few.
