Value 360 Communications has announced the appointment of Keshav Shanbhag as chief financial officer. 

Shanbhag will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's financial health, enhancing access to finance, and managing the overall financial strategy and operations as Value 360 Communications moves towards becoming a publicly listed company.

This appointment comes at a time when the company has successfully closed its pre-IPO investment round, securing interest from prominent investors including actor Huma Qureshi, and preparing to file its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) for its SME IPO.

As Value 360 Communications positions itself to become India's first publicly listed PR firm, Shanbhag will look after the company's financial strategy and investor relations initiatives.
