Netflix has announced the return of the popular crime television show CID. 

The show is also available to watch on Sony TV and Sony LIV.

To highlight this association, the OTT platform has rolled out a campaign which consists of an ad film. 

The Indian crime investigation series debuted in 1998 on Sony TV. 

Given the show's dedicated fan following that developed over the years, CID found new life when its second season premiered on 21 December 2024, marking a return to television after a six-year break.
