Bain & Company has appointed Shyam Unnikrishnan as managing partner for its India business. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the country’s growth, strategy, people, and operations. 

Unnikrishnan will succeed Parijat Ghosh, who will lead the firm’s healthcare and life sciences practice in the APAC region.

Both appointments will be effective from 1 April 2025.
