Schbang, India’s independent creative, media, and technology transformation agency, has announced a leadership shift as Harshil Karia and Sohil Karia secured complete ownership of the company. 

The duo has acquired the shares of outgoing co-founder Akshay Gurnani.

Founded in 2015, Schbang has established itself in the marketing and advertising industry, blending creativity, data-driven strategies, and technology to drive transformative results. 

With this ownership consolidation, Harshil Karia will continue his role as founder and CEO, steering Schbang’s vision of combining Indian creativity with MarTech excellence for global audiences. 

Sohil Karia remains co-founder and chief of digital transformation, focusing on enhancing the company’s technological and strategic capabilities.

Schbang’s growth trajectory is supported by an expanding leadership team, including Umma Saini (chief creative officer), Jitto George (head of brand solutions and Schbang Motion Pictures), and Aditya Menon (vice president, strategic management), among others. 

The company’s international presence has also strengthened with its UK operations led by Viren Chhabria and Sarah Coles, alongside its European footprint through addiktSchbang, helmed by Barry Schwarz and Koen Van Ovoorde.
