Shubha George has resigned from her position as chief client officer, India at WPP after a stint of 35 years, across seven agencies.

She announced her move in a LinkedIn post, adding that her departure will be effective 31 March.

In a career spanning over three decades, George has also worked with Mindshare, GroupM, MEC, and Red Fuse Communications, among others. 

According to sources, there are more exits from WPP's team in the anvil.
