Kia India has rolled out a campaign for its Seltos featuring actor Bobby Deol. Conceptualised by Innocean, the campaign consists of a film in which Deol is seen test driving the Seltos X-Line, and showcases the car's features within it. It continues with the brand's 'badass' theme.
What we think about it: The idea of getting Bobby Deol as a 'badass' for the Seltos X-Line seems to be an attempt Kia is making to give the Seltos a more 'SUV' feel. Does that work for this film? Yes. We've seen previous films featuring Tiger Shroff that have also delivered, but this one which also sees a professional from presumably a showroom seated next to him and his reactions works better.
The film was rolled out on 25 April.
