Hyundai India has rolled out a campaign to stress on its service offerings.
The campaign kicked off with a master film on 7 December, after which shorter films have been released to push home the narrative - 'At Hyundai, care is in the detail'.
The master film shows how a Hyundai service agent was returning the car to a lady. En route he got to know that the lady's daughter's birthday party was scheduled, but however, due to heavy rains the friends couldn't make it. He went out of his way to pick them up to make the girl's day.
The shorter films focus on how Hyundai uses genuine parts, offers prior care, pick up and drop, mobile service vans, a 'shield of trust', and a 'vehicle health report'.
What we think about it: Indian consumers continue to be worried about service and after sales. This campaign, albeit a little over-the-top with its storylines, tries to assure the Indian consumer how Hyundai is there to service and cover all their needs.
