Mindshare India has announced the appointment of Vinish Mathews as chief strategy officer. 

He moves from EssenceMediacom, where he was vice president, client partner, Google INSEA. Prior to this, he was with Mindshare for 12 years. At the time of his exit, he was MD - Mindshare China.
