Punit Goenka, managing director, Zee, has decided to step down from his position of managing director. Goenka will continue as CEO at the company.

A statement shared by Zee also stated that Mukund Galgali, chief financial officer, has been elevated as deputy CEO at the company. This is in addition to his role as CFO.

Galgali has spent 17 years with the Zee group.
