Humans of Bombay has evolved into The Human Company, a full-stack digital content and brand solutions company, as it expands beyond its flagship storytelling platform.
As part of the transition, Amit Sobti has been elevated to chief operating officer, while Jasleen Kaur Gupta has been elevated to chief creative and strategy officer.
Sobti was previously president and joined the company in 2025, while Gupta was vice president, creative and delivery. She also joined the company in 2025.
The Human Company brings strategy, creative, production, original intellectual properties and distribution under one structure, with the aim of taking brand ideas from strategy through to execution and audience distribution.
The platform will continue to operate as the company's flagship storytelling property, while The Human Company will house its broader content, media, original IP and brand solutions business.
The company currently works with brands including AWS, Samsung, HSBC, Myntra and Zomato, among others.
Karishma Mehta, founder and CEO, The Human Company, said the restructuring reflects its evolution from a storytelling platform into a broader content and brand solutions business.
She added, “Humans of Bombay began with a simple belief - that stories can change the way people see the world. Over the last twelve years, that belief led us somewhere unexpected. Beyond building a storytelling platform, we built a company that helps ideas become movements, brands become part of culture, and stories create lasting impact.”
Mehta has also updated her LinkedIn profile with a post to highlight the launch of The Human Company.
