Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) has announced leadership changes at the group with three new appointments. 

Nachiket Pantvaidya has been appointed as the business head of Sony Entertainment Television (SET). In his third stint with the group, Pantvaidya will continue to serve as general manager at Sony Pictures International Productions (SPIP). 

Ajay Bhalwankar, who currently heads the group's Marathi channel, has been appointed as the business head of Sony SAB. He previously served as the chief creative director for SET.

Going forward, Tushar Shah, business head of English, Bengali, and Infotainment Channels and chief marketing officer at SPNI, will additionally oversee Sony MAX, Sony MAX HD, Sony MAX 2, Sony WAH and Sony PAL.
