HT Media has announced the appointment of Sameer Singh as chief executive officer, effective 1 March, 2025.

He will succeed Praveen Someshwar who is currently serving as the managing director and chief executive officer. Someshwar will be stepping down from his current role on 28 February. 

Singh moves from TikTok where he was head global business solutions- North America.  In a career spanning over two decades, he has worked with GroupM, Procter & Gamble, GSK, IPG, and Google, among others. 

Someshwar has been associated with the organisation since 2018.
