Zakir Hussain, a tabla legend, passed away in the USA on 15 December due to heart issues.

Hussain, who has won four Grammy Awards during his music career, was the face of Hindustan Unilever's Taj Mahal tea starting in 1988 and appeared in a film conceptualised by HTA (Hindustan Thompson Associates).

Incidentally, Hussain passed away on International Tea Day, which is celebrated on 15 December by some. International Tea Day is also celebrated by the United Nations on 21 May.
