After Jio-Star and Omnicom-IPG, a third large acquisition is on the cards.

According to a report by Bloomberg, Mondelez, the maker of Cadbury, is exploring an offer to buy rival Hershey Company.

The report added that while discussions are underway, there is no certainty that they will lead to a deal between the two chocolate manufacturers.
