Dept has announced the appointment of Monica Ledwani and Rishi Bhargava. Ledwani joins as director of customer experience from Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, where she was head – online products and distribution apps. Bhargava has been appointed as head – solutions consulting. He moves from Axeno, where he was senior director.

Ledwani will be based in Mumbai, while Bhargava in Bengaluru. The duo will report to Yash Mody, CTO, Dept APAC.
