Emvies 2025: Wavemaker and Mondelez bag top honours again

Wavemaker was the 'Agency of the Year', while Mondelez was 'Best Media Client of the Year'.

Wavemaker won the 'Agency of the Year' title for the fourth consecutive year at the 2025 edition of the Emvies.

Mondelez scored a hat-trick as it bagged the 'Client of the Year' accolade for its third consecutive year. 

Wavemaker's winning haul consisted of 18 Gold, 29 Silver, and 21 Bronze. 

Three of the Gold wins were for the entry titled 'Creating Unclicked Sibling Memories' for Cadbury Celebrations. A further three came for Cadbury Silk, one for  'How Cadbury Silk Owns Valentine's Day Every Year' and two for the entry titled 'Story of Us'.

Three more wins were for Cadbury 5Star, one each for 'The Joker Who Got Cadbury the Winning Hand', 'Erase Vday' and the 'Do Nothing University'.

The agency won two Gold Emvies for Cadbury Gems' 'My Masti My Music'. 

It won four Gold Emvies for work done on Birla Opus Paints, one each for the entries:'A Magnum Opus Launch!', 'Breaking Boundaries: A Masterstroke in T20 World Cup', 'Birla Opus Ke Rang, Har Kahani Ke Sang' and 'How Birla Opus Hacked the Live Content on TV'.

Two Gold wins for Wavemaker came for Dream11, one each for 'India's New Local Language' and 'Team Se Bada Kuch Nahi'.
The agency also won a Gold each for Imperial Blue Packaged Drinking Water's 'Imperial Blue ambushes Cricket with a Bouncing Proposal' and Tata Salt's 'Rekindling the Iconic Jingle Namak Ho Tata Ka Legacy'.

Mindshare India was second on the agency list with 15 Gold, 19 Silver and 31 Bronze.

It won three Gold Emvies for UltraTech's 'Transforming 1.9 Billion UltraTech Logos into 1.9 Billion Home Building Experts'.

It also won three Gold Emvies for Dove's 'Mothermonials'. 

Three of the wins also came for work done on HUL. The entries were titled 'First Party Data Audience Prioritisation Model', 'Beyond the Buy: How HUL's Digital Media Buying Excellence Transformed Platform Partnerships into Performance' and 'The Art of Media Alchemy: Blueprint of Turning Market Challenges into Golden Opportunities'.

Two Gold wins were for Mindshare India Kellogg's 12in1 Muesli's 'Flip the Funnel'.

It won a Gold each for Horlicks Diabetes Plus    Horlicks Diabetes Plus (Pioneering a Healthier Future), Castrol CRB Turbomax (Empowering India's Drivers of Progress with Castrol's School on Wheels), Rin Liquid (Bhagyalakshmi wears the same Blue Rin Liquid Saree for a 100 Episodes) Vim (Rhythm in the Routine), Lifebuoy (Maa's Message) and Britannia Good Day (Another Count of Smile to Celebrate Smile of Every Kind by Good Day).

The Grand Emvie was won by Initiative for 'Amazon Prime Video - Gen AI, Interactive Storytelling, and Gangland Drama Equals Success for Mirzapur'.

Essencemediacom was third on the list with nine Gold, 10 Silver and eight Bronze Emvies. 

Three of the Gold wins were for Coca-Cola Coke Studio's 'Your Stage Your Story'. Two wins were for Thums Up, one each for the entry titled 'Voice of Belief' and 'Toofani Tour'. It won a Gold each for Google Gemini India's 'Prompt karo, aage bado', Sprite's 'Cricket Ka Tha Junoon, Sprite Ne Diya Sukoon - #ThandRakh!', Ariel's 'Home Teams #ShareTheLoad' and Airtel 5G Plus' 'Airtel's Mission: No More Spam!'.

Publicis Media won two Gold, seven Silver and four Bronze. The Gold wins were for Asian Paints' 'Beautiful Homes achieves 3X growth in Monthly Organic Revenue' and P&G Shiksha's 'How P&G Shiksha Leveraged Tech To Turn Ridicule to Advocacy With #StandUpForTheLearningGap'.

Interactive Avenues and Good Creator Co won a Gold each for the entries titled 'Ek Macchhli Paani Mein Gayi - The Acid Attack Survivors Version' (Chhanv Foundation) and 'Clinic Plus Shifts Cultural Norms, One Story at a Time' (Clinic Plus).
