The most gender progressive ad of the week was:
Xyxx
Here's the review:
XYXX takes a refreshingly different route to challenge gender stereotypes. Using humour and a distinct Gen Z sensibility, the film normalises self-expression and individuality while subtly questioning rigid expectations around gender. Rather than delivering a heavy-handed message, it uses wit and relatability to make inclusivity feel natural and accessible.
While other campaigns this week touched upon progressive themes, XYXX stood out for bringing the conversation around gender expression into popular culture in a way that feels fresh, entertaining and relevant to younger audiences. Its ability to challenge stereotypes without losing its sense of humour makes it a deserving pick for last week's most gender progressive campaign.
