Volkswagen's campaign for the Taigun

Volkswagen India has rolled out a film for its revamped Taigun which was launched earlier this year.

The film is set to the One Republic track 'I Ain't Worried', and opens with a man driving his son through the hills. While the man is enjoying the drive from the driver's seat, his son has his own steering wheel on the back seat, giving him the joy of driving, too. Another shot shows a couple play 'rock, paper, scissor' to decide who gets to drive the car.

What we think about it: The film totally grabs the attention of the viewer, and the use of the soundtrack probably has a role to play in that. We love how the women drivers in the film are normalised too.

The film rolled out on 2 June 2026.

Volkswagen's creative mandate is handled by Omnicom through its dedicated global agency called Bernbach.
