Grey's global CEO Laura Maness has announced the appointment of Sarah Trombetta as APAC CEO, expanding her current remit to include responsibility for the agency in the region, effective immediately.
She moves from WPP, where she was chief client officer - P&G (Asia, Middle East & Africa).
The agency has also confirmed that the global chief operating officer and international president Nirvik Singh has exited. He had first joined the agency in 1997 as chief executive officer, Grey South Asia.

Under Sarah’s guidance, her client-focused leadership, ingenuity, and modernity, I’m confident she’ll help nurture and support our teams to deliver even further value for our clients. Having previously served as CEO of a Grey studio in a local market, I’m excited to flex those creative, commercial, and culture-building muscles in a way that better serves the whole of our region. In a career spanning over 21 years, Trombetta has also worked with Red Havas AU, Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Kaizo, among others.
With over 39 years of experience, Singh has also worked with Lipton India, Shoppers Stop and Raymond, among others.
