Cheil has announced the launch of its Mumbai operations through Cheil X. While Cheil India handles the Samsung business, Cheil X works as an independent full-service agency under Cheil SWA (South West Asia) group. 

The agency will be announcing the leadership team for the Mumbai operations shortly.
