Mumbai Indians' campaign

Mumbai Indians has released a campaign ahead of the upcoming IPL season which kicks off on 28 March.

The campaign titled 'Apno ke saath, sab theek lagta hai. Aakhir, humaari Paltan #FansNahiFam hai' aims to build the message that the supporters of the team are family members. It shows a film each, featuring players Surya Kumar Yadav (above), Rohit Sharma, and Hardik Pandya being treated like family members. A girl is making Yadav revise his shots, an elderly couple want more from Sharma, while a lady is making Pandya focus on his quads while warding off the evil through a ritual.

What we think about it: The campaign stands out from the IPL clutter as it uses the players in relatable situations, building a strong bond with the fans.

The campaign went live on social media on 24 March.
