Apple's Privacy campaign continues

Apple has rolled out a film through which it aims to spread how it provides privacy for its users. It shows various users browsing on their phone. While doing so all the CCTV cameras on the streets converge on their browsing screen to showcase how their browsers aren't secure. However, this doesn't bother a Safari user, as the cameras are shot down the moment the app is opened on an iPhone.

This is because Apple uses the privacy protection technology - intelligent tracking prevention, which protects users' privacy. The film has been conceptualised by Apple's global creative agency TBWA Media Arts Lab.

What we think about it: Perfectly drives home the security message. It's time for Google and android to respond to these claims!

The film was released on 16 July.
