Zepto's 'Father's Day' film

Zepto has rolled out a film ahead of Father's Day which will be celebrated this year on 16 June.

The film, which has been released across social media, takes a light-hearted approach to show how difficult it is for children to sometimes tell their father - 'I love you'. It shows a man practicing how he's going to deliver those words through the film while building intrigue, almost as if he's proposing to his lover. It ends with him reaching his parent's house and greeting his father with a gift and delivering the words, which leads to an emotional moment between the duo.

What we think about it: An absolute bang-on insight. Along with the rest of the film, we also loved the way the father questioned his son about the existence of 'Father's Day'.

Chandan Mendiratta, chief branding officer, Zepto, said, "We all love our dads deeply, but sometimes it’s hard to put that love into words. This realisation led to an important insight: no matter how awkward it might feel, we should take every chance we get, to show our love. Our video film and special limited-edition gifts are our way of enabling our customers to say 'I love you' to their amazing dads. This Father’s Day, let's celebrate our dads and tell them how much they mean to us."
