Zepto has rolled out a campaign 'Prices Itne Low, Ek Baar Dekh Toh Lo!' (prices are so low, take a look), featuring actors Akshay Kumar and Jr. NTR to highlight its super saver offerings.
Conceptualised by Zepto's in-house team and produced by Third Floor Films, the campaign consists of two films.
The first film (above) opens with Kumar playing the role of a friendly neighbour. As a woman and her husband return home from grocery shopping, they spot Kumar receiving a Zepto delivery. Curious but sceptical, the woman assumes the service must be expensive. Kumar reassures her that Zepto offers incredible deals and is absolutely worth trying. What follows is a series of hilarious moments as Kumar pops up in different corners of her house, persistently promoting Zepto’s super saver service. Eventually, she gives in, takes a look and is pleasantly surprised by the savings.
The second film follows the same narrative as the first one. However in this one Jr. NTR is the one endorsing Zepto's super saver option.
What we think about it: Akshay Kumar and Jr. NTR comic diligence keeps the ad lively and engaging, making the message of unbeatable savings hard to ignore. The q-comm's smart use of humour and star power ensures the campaign sticks.
