Z acquires exclusive five-year rights to Serie A, Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana

The Italian football competitions will air on Zee5 and Unite8 Sports from August 22.

Zee Entertainment Enterprises (Z) has acquired the exclusive broadcast and digital rights to Italy's top football competitions: Serie A, Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana for India and the subcontinent.

The five-year agreement covers India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Afghanistan and the Maldives, with coverage beginning on 22 August 2026.

Matches from all three competitions will be available on Zee5 and the Unite8 Sports channels, with the company also offering highlights and related football programming.

The acquisition expands Z's football portfolio as the broadcaster adds another major European league to its sports rights portfolio across television and digital platforms.
