Creator18 strengthens leadership team with senior hires across talent, content and operations

The Network18-backed creator platform brings in executives from Collective Artists Network, Sony Pictures Networks, DCAA and Mad Influence as it expands its talent roster and IP business.

Creator18, the creator-led platform and Network18 venture, has strengthened its leadership team with senior hires across talent management, content, IP development, brand partnerships and operations as it expands its creator roster and talent-led intellectual properties.

Ajitanshu Ramji has joined as lead, talent partnerships and growth. He was previously at Collective Artists Network, where he was a talent agent. He is also the founder of Born On Digital and has worked with Meta and Sparkt India, among others, in a career spanning over 14 years.

Priyanka Ganwani has been appointed as lead, IP, content packaging and GTM. She was previously a creative consultant for brands and IPs. Her last full-time stint was with Sony Pictures Networks, where she was creative lead - podcasts. In a career spanning over 25 years, she has also worked with IDG and Zee5, among others.

Shrujal Doshi joins as senior talent manager; she moves from DCAA.

Lasttly, Mohit Khanduri is appointed as head of operations, influencer marketing. He moves from Xley, where he was head - growth. In a career spanning over seven years, he has also worked with WhiteHat Jr and Mad Influence.

Creator18 is led by Anurag Iyer, CEO. He joined in May 2026.

The platform aims to provide creators with talent support, brand opportunities and infrastructure to develop intellectual properties and build longer-term businesses beyond individual brand partnerships.

Creator18's roster spans categories including auto, technology, infotainment, luxury, lifestyle, travel and entertainment. Its brand partnerships include Meta, Amazon Prime, Airtel, Philips, Google Pixel, Amazon, Women's Premier League and Swiggy, among others, with campaigns also run for brands including Samsung.
