Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) has announced Leena Lele Dutta, executive vice president and business head, kids and animations portfolio, will be exiting the company at the end of the fiscal year.

Dutta was also heading Sony Yay as business head.

Replacing her will be Ambesh Tiwari, who recently joined Sony Yay as business operations head from Pratilipi, where he was head of IP audio and studio business. He has also worked with Star India and Zee Entertainment.

A statement from SPNI revealed that Dutta will be working closely with Tiwari over the next few months on the transition.
