Avinash Kaul has officially stepped down from his role at Network18, concluding a 12-year tenure with the media conglomerate.

Kaul served as the chief executive officer (CEO) – broadcast & publishing, Network18 and managing director, A+E Networks - TV18. His last working day was 31 March 2026.

Kaul shared the announcement of his departure on LinkedIn. 

He joined the company in 2014.

Prior to Network18, he held senior leadership positions at companies including Bennett, Coleman and Co. (Times Group), Sahara One Media, and NDTV, in a career spanning over 28 years.

Kaul did not disclose his future plans.
