Adyasha Roy Tomar, head – creative and brand communications, Kult, is exiting the organisation six months after joining it.
Taking to LinkedIn, Tomar stated that this is a result of the association becoming 'embittered due to a difference of opinion' as salaries are being held back.
A thread on Reddit takes this forward stating that salaries have been held back since December.
The thread claims that employees are being told by the founders of the app to 'put pressure on M3M India' as the company had promised to invest close to USD 20 million in a series A funding round in April 2025.
Tomar joined Kult from McCann, where she was creative director. In the past, she has worked with L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy and The Glitch, among others.
She's touted to return to the agency side.
