Your 5pm to 9pm routine after your 9 to 5?
For me, 5 to 9 is hardly 'after 9 to 5'! It’s usually a mix of work, workouts, family time, cooking, and, if I’m lucky, a little time to unwind.

A book or show you recently read/watched that you would recommend?

I recently watched Suits and loved the pace, characters, and the way it brings together ambition, relationships, negotiation, and leadership.

What wins would you like to celebrate from the last six months or a year?

Seeing Beauty Garage evolve into a stronger ecosystem across salons, education, content, influencers, PR, and consumers has been incredibly rewarding. Winning Best Hair Product at the GlobalSpa Awards and launching Chromera were also proud moments.

Which industry leader has impacted you the most?

Indra Nooyi and Anita Dongre. I admire their resilience, consistency, and ability to build remarkable journeys while staying true to themselves.

The biggest development in the A&M industry this month...

The shift from brand-led to people-led communication. Consumers want content that feels real, relatable, and useful. AI can speed up creation, but human insight makes communication meaningful.

An ad film from the previous month that caught your attention?

Dove’s The Code. I liked how it explored AI’s impact on beauty standards and reinforced the idea that beauty should be about choice and self-expression, not conformity.
