VaynerMedia has announced the appointment of Aveek Gupta, P Sai Bhardwaj and Suruchi Makhija to join its India team.

P Sai Bhardwaj joined the company in April 2026 as group creative director from the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group. 

Suruchi Makhija, was appointed as senior director, strategy in October 2025 after spending close to two years with Crescent Group as AVP - content.

Aveek Gupta was appointed senior director - Media in May. He was vice president, Havas Media. 

VaynerMedia is a global integrated creative and media agency founded by Gary Vaynerchuk. Through the appointments, the agency aims to build a deep, creative and media integrated capability in India.
