Azazul Haque, chief content officer, Media.Monks has been in the news over the last month. While media reports have claimed that he's in his notice period at the agency, some in the grapevine have gone on to link him with moves to a few agencies.

Ending those rumours and labelling them 'irresponsible', Haque has clarified to Manifest that he isn't moving to either of those agencies, and is still with Media.Monks.

He said, "Last few weeks there have been many speculations around my departure from Media.Monks. I am very much there doing campaigns on Amazon and Tata Tea. I have always maintained that I am committed to my brands and my clients more than the agencies I work for. I continue to operate with that belief system. My brands are my first priority and as of now I am  totally engrossed and engaged in doing campaigns on brands I am committed to."

Haque had joined Media.Monks in 2022 from Mullen Lintas where he was chief creative officer. He has also worked with Contract, McCann, Rediffusion and DDB.
