WPP's media investment arm GroupM has announced a new global leadership structure.

Emily Del Greco is appointed as chief operating officer.

She will join GroupM in February 2025 and will be responsible for operations, partnerships, strategy, and corporate development across the media investment group.

Greco moves from McKinsey & Company, where she was partner.

In a career spanning over 18 years, Greco has also worked with Google and MightyHive, among others.

In addition to Greco's appointment, GroupM has elevated Adam Gerhart as global chief client officer, Toby Jenner as global chief business officer and Mark Patterson as global president, markets and business operations.

Gerhart will oversee major accounts and client engagement across all GroupM agencies globally. Whereas, Jenner will drive GroupM's global development through growth, marketing, and cross-WPP integration projects. As for Patterson, he will oversee GroupM's growth markets in APAC, LATAM as well as key investment, offshoring, and sports and entertainment initiatives.

The media investment group made these announcements through a statement on LinkedIn.
