Ziel Network, a global network of boutique agencies, has appointed Ravpreet Ganesh as group chief strategy officer. 

With this development, the network looks to strengthen strategic integration across its specialist agencies.

She will lead the network's strategic direction and identify opportunities for collaboration across its specialist companies. Ganesh will also work on expanding the network across markets and developing capabilities in response to emerging client needs.

She joins from Rukam Capital, where she served as chief marketing officer.

In a career spanning over 26 years, she has also worked with Dentsu, Leo and Publicis, among others.
