Havas' net revenue grew by 1.5% in 2024 to reach a total of 2,736 million euros.
The Asia Pacific and Africa region grew by 1.1%, driven majorly by Havas Media and Havas Health.
Latin America was the fastest growing region for the French-based holding company, with 14.7% growth.
Within Europe, it grew overall by 1.2%. France delivered a positive performance, driven notably by momentum from the Olympic Games. The United Kingdom posted a negative performance, weighed down by Havas Health and Havas Creative.
The workforce at year-end 2024 comprised 22,610 people, and restructuring costs amounted to 29 million euros in 2024, compared to 19 million euros in 2023. According to Havas, these changes are consistent with business trends.
During the earnings call, the group revealed that there were four elevations among its leadership team.
François Laroze adds chief operating officer of Havas to his current role as chief financial officer; Dan Hagen has been appointed global chief data ant technology officer of Havas; Tamara Greene's given the role of chief client officer - global brands, Havas Creative Network; and Laurent Broca also takes on a global role as chief growth officer, Havas Media Network, in addition to his current role as chief executive officer, Havas Media Network in France.
