Experience Commerce has secured the social media mandate for Iconiqa Hotels & Resorts, a lifestyle hotel under the Royal Orchid Hotels Group.
As part of the engagement, Experience Commerce will lead Iconiqa's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, shaping a cohesive digital narrative that reflects the brand’s premium positioning, service-first philosophy, design-led sensibility, and technology-forward approach.
The mandate includes strategic social media planning, content-led storytelling, curated digital initiatives, and a lifestyle-led property shoot aimed at strengthening brand visibility and engagement. The agency will focus on building a distinctive, platform-first social presence that drives engagement, builds brand affinity, and positions Iconiqa as a standout name in India’s upscale lifestyle hospitality landscape.
