Veeba has rolled out a campaign, 'Chinese Par Apne Style Se', (Chinese, but as per your style), announcing the launch of its WokTok Instant Noodles.
Conceptualised by Enormous, the campaign comprises a film. The ad showcases amusing scenarios where people of Chinese origin are seen following Indian customs and habits such as doing Naagin dance at weddings, breaking into a bowling action suddenly and tilting the scooter before kick-starting. The ad takes the humourous route to highlight how Indians adapt global cuisines to suit their local palate.
What we think about it: Brilliantly done, the ad film is unique, fresh and focused. We loved the concept of portraying Chinese people in a desi Indian avatar. The ad is a stand out for its clever blend of humour and creativity.
