Swiggy has rolled out a campaign to celebrate its journey from a startup to a publicly listed company.
Conceptualised in-house, the campaign consists of an ad film. It captures the brand’s ethos and the ten-year journey leading to its stock market debut. The film opens with a sequence of bells ringing in quick succession, building to a crescendo, followed by the voiceover: “Ghanti bajate bajate kahan tak pohoch gaye” (Look where we’ve reached as a result of ringing so many bells). This line draws a subtle parallel between the countless doorbells rung by Swiggy’s delivery partners and the ceremonial bell at the NSE. The ad ends by showcasing Swiggy’s diverse offerings — Swiggy Food, Swiggy Instamart, Swiggy DineOut, Swiggy Genie, and Swiggy Minis — emphasising its dedication to bringing joy, convenience, and delicious food to millions across India.
What we think about it: Within 30 seconds, the film cleverly draws a parallel between the ringing of the NSE's market bell to the countless doorbells rung by Swiggy's delivery partners, celebrating its evolution from a startup to a listed company.
