Vicky Kaushal in Campus' 'Move Your Way' campaign

Campus Activewear has rolled out a film featuring brand ambassador Vicky Kaushal.

Conceptualised by Moonshot, the film opens with Kaushal stepping into a meeting with a director. Initially offered the role of the lead actor's younger brother, Kaushal, without saying a word completely absorbed in the rhythm of the moment, ends up being offered a triple role. While the director believes Kaushal is silent because of him wanting a better role, the actor breaks into an unexpected dance move, pauses, and, with a grin, exclaims, 'damn good shoes' while pointing to his Campus Shoes.

What we think about it: With no direct focus on the shoes till the end, the film did leave us intrigued. Another surprise is how the film is unlike what we have seen in the recent past from Moonshot.

Prerna Aggarwal, chief marketing officer, Campus Activewear, said, “We are witnessing a generation of dynamic young individuals who are not only constantly on the move but are also fearlessly expressing their unique identities through fashion. And Campus shoes is the partner that helps them do this by offering on-trend, fashion-forward footwear that speaks to their authentic selves. Our ‘Move Your Way’ campaign is more than just a message— it’s a celebration of confident self-expression and the freedom to chart your own path. We believe in encouraging everyone to make choices that align with their passions, embrace their journey unapologetically, and express their individuality— whether in extraordinary steps that they take or their everyday moves.”

The film released on 7 November and is spread across TV and digital. The campaign also has print and OOH touchpoints.
