Yogesh Kathuniya won his second consecutive Silver medal in the discus throw event during the recently concluded Paralympics in Paris.

Speaking with Manifest, soon after this win, Kathuniya who endorses the likes of Performax (the brand also partnered with Manu Bhaker) and Graviss Hospitality, stated how the bigger brands don't value para-athletes.

"The deal with Performax has made me feel inclusive and I have enjoyed working with them thoroughly. But what I have realised is that the bigger the brand is, the lesser they want to pay. And that's their biggest mistake. The likes of Adidas, Nike and Puma have offered clothes (instead of money) to athletes like me. We need the money to spend on our training. We can buy clothes on our own with money," he stated.
