Hakuhodo has acquired a majority stake in Auburn Digital Solutions an independent integrated digital agency headquartered in Mumbai.
The acquisition was made through its subsidiary AdGlobal360 India.
Founded in 2013, Auburn has been an independent digital marketing company in India, providing solutions across performance marketing, digital media operations, SEO, social media marketing, creative production, and technology solutions.
Auburn has built digital response capabilities, supporting clients across India, the UAE, and Singapore to achieve measurable growth.
