Shashi Sinha has stepped down from his position of strategic advisor at Omnicom Media India.
Sinha was handed this role in May 2025 when Amardeep Singh was elevated as CEO at IPG in the lead up to the merger with Omnicom.
At the time a press note had revealed that Sinha would work alongside Singh for the next 'two to three years as the group wanted to ensure stability'.
Tony Harradine, CEO, Omnicom Media APAC, said, “Shashi has made a significant contribution to Omnicom Media India and to the broader media industry over many years. His experience and perspective have been valued during his time as Strategic Advisor, and we appreciate the role he has played in supporting our people, clients and the integration of our businesses. On behalf of everyone at Omnicom Media, I would like to thank Shashi for his contribution and wish him every success in the future.”
Shashi started his career with Parle as product manager. After that he set up IPG's Lodestar in India in 1990, and was with the group since then.
