JioHotstar has launched ‘Stories Made By Women’, a special content destination spotlighting films and series directed, written and produced by women.
Bringing together narratives across genres and languages, the curation celebrates the creative voices behind some of the most compelling stories on screen.
As a part of the promo, the platform has spotlighted three women whose lives embody the idea of writing their own stories.
Featuring Hetal Dave, India's first professional female sumo wrestler, popularly known as Sumo Didi; Shriya Lohia, one of India's youngest professional Formula 4 racers; and Anaya Bangar, Indian cricketer and social media personality whose journey of authenticity and courage has inspired many, each film opens with the thought, "Ye kahani hai ek aisi ladki ki, jisne apni script khud likhi…". Together, these stories celebrate women who have challenged convention, forged their own paths and redefined what is possible, reflecting the spirit of Stories Made By Women.
