Aditya Sobti joins Only What's Needed

Aditya Sobti, formerly creative director, Schbang, has joined Only What's Needed (OWN) as head - brand and content.
OWN was launched by Revant Himatsingka (Food Pharmer) in June 2025. It currently operates in the protein powder space with expansion plans.
Sobti took to LinkedIn to reveal this move.
He began his career at MullenLowe Lintas before moving to Leo, from where he joined Schbang in April 2021.
