Terence D’Souza has stepped down from his role as chief creative officer and associate partner at hotstuff medialabs, concluding a twelve-year stint at the 360° communications agency.

D’Souza cited health reasons for his departure, following a brain stroke last year. Having now recovered, he is looking forward to starting a refreshed chapter in his media career, he stated.

D’Souza said, "Hotstuff has always had a legacy of bold thinking and courageous execution of new ideas. I'm confident the team will continue to rise to the challenge."

In a career spanning over 17 years, D’Souza began as a qualified auditor before pivoting to advertising in 2012, when he took on the role of CCO at hotstuff medialabs.
